Loading Dock is based off an old brick style shipping warehouse. Each trailer backed to the dock is its own private area, office is also a “private area” (but with windows so it’s not that private) There is a main dance area at the entrance of the build. Located out front there is a Swimming area, with actual water that avatars are able to swim in.
